Prayer Request
Theresa Holtzclaw (1989)- Theresa has asked for prayers for her 18-year-old son who fell off the back of a pick-up truck onto his head and is in critical condition at Erlanger. He is suppose to graduate in May, but is currently in an induced coma at the trama center at Erlanger. Please keep this family in your prayers.

Chelsea Marlin (2004) graduated from MTSU with a degree in Business Administration in 2008 and received her MBA from MTSU in December of 2009. She currently works for Kenco in Chattanooga.
Macy Marlin (2008) graduated from Lipscomb this past May with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Summa Cum Laude.

f 120 feet above ground in the Abiqulu Lake Park near Albuquerque, NM. Here is an exerpt from an article in the Chattanoogan.com - "Austin C. Kuhlman, Park Ranger with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and a graduate of Boyd Buchanan High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, was awarded the Department
of the Army’s Commander’s Award for Civilian Service for rescuing the child." The article further states, "In nominating Mr. Kuhlman for the Award, the Park Service noted that, 'Kuhlman, in doing his duty to protect the public, exhibited tremendous courage. He voluntarily risked his life to save another, and in so doing, thwarted what could have been a deadly situation.' ”" Congratulations Austin! We are so proud of you.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Tom Mitchum, who passed away suddenly last week. He and his wife, Shirley had two children, Jeff Mitchum and Beth Mitchum Bailey (Class of 1982) who attended Boyd Buchanan School.

Alex Brown (2007) graduated from Tennessee Tech Univ. with BE in secondary education focused on history.
Alex Burroughs (2008) graduated from Freed-Hardeman Univ. with a degree in Business Administration. Alex is employed as a financial advisor by the Burroughs Keasler Wealth Management office of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. Robin Lee (2008) graduated summa cum laude from Tennessee Tech Univ. on December 17, 2011. Ami Warren (2008) graduated summa cum laude from Lipscomb University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Law and Justice. Ami plans to attend graduate school in the fall of 2012. Andy Glisson (2007) graduated from Tennessee Tech Univ. in December with a BS in finance. Sarah Elliott (2007) graduated from Tennessee Tech Univ. in December. Chase Kilgore (2007) graduated from Tennessee Tech Univ. on December 17, 2011. Alan Webster (2006) graduated cum laude with a BS in Biology from the University of West Georgia and a minor is Business Administration. Also, He entered Medical School at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA at the beginning of August.

Aaron Leverette (2006) graduated from Tennessee Technological University in May 2010, summa cum laude. He earned a Bachelor of Music in music education and is teaching English in Wuhan China until July 2011.

.Allison Smith (1998) to Joshua Gadd of Chattanooga. The wedding was held on March 19 at Blackberry Farm. THe bride and groom will reside in Chattanooga.
Rob Walters (2000) to Latoya Whitehead of Jackson, TN. The wedding was held in Las Vegas on March 15. The groom and his bride will reside in Chattanooga.
Anne Elizabeth Maddux (2005) to Brandon Frazier of Winchester, VA. The wedding took place on June 25. 2011 at Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga.
Laura Litzenberg (2006) to Adam Hall of Knoxville. The wedding is planned for June 7 in North Carolina.

Brooke Milam (1998) to Daniel Johnson of Decatur, AL on June 12. Brooke received her degree in p ublic relations from Lipscomb Univ. and is currently a sport's writer for the Decatur Daily.
Pam Loveday (2000) to Robert Vaughn of Saluda, SC on June 5. Pam received her BE in chemical engineering from TN Tech and is currently working as a regulatory compliance engineer.

Neil Harper Rivers was born on October 25 to Meredith Farmer Rivers (2000) and Matt 
Rivers. Neil weighed in at 7lbs. and 13 ozs. This new little Buccaneer lives with Mommy and Daddy in Hixson, TN.
Jenssen Felix Swafford Jennifer Jenssen Swafford (1993) and her husband, Tony are proud to announce the birth of their son, Jenssen Felix, born on June 21, 2011. He weighed 8lbs. 2oz. They reside in Atlanta, GA.

Kelli Holder Donnelly (1993) and John P. Donnelly, Jr. (Jay) announce the birth of their son, John Phillip Donnelly, III (Jack) on February 26, 2010.
Lela Florence Bush, daughter of Adam and Jaclyn Huddleston Bush (1997). Lela lives with her parents and big sister, Mary, in Franklin, TN.
Bo Warren (2007) and Susannah Warren (2010) upon the loss of their grandmother, Joyce Warren.
Military Service
Ben Keller (2007) is stationed at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska. Ben is married to Chae White Keller (2006).
Jon David Blair (2000) is currently aboard a submarine and is stationed in Hawaii when not at sea.
