Boyd-Buchanan School offers programs for individuals needing academic support.
Academic Support Services offers tutorial services to middle school and high school students. Individual and small group tutoring will be provided in each content area. The program coordinator will work directly with the tutors and teachers to structure tutoring sessions for the students to best meet their needs. Tutoring sessions will be with skilled adult tutors. Homework help sessions will also be offered with high school students. Tutoring is available after school in subject areas to provide reinforcement to the classroom instruction and to enhance conceptual understanding and mastery of skills.
