6th Grade Bible
Bible 6
The sixth grade Bible curriculum focuses on the study of Old Testament Bible characters related to our character education traits and the fruits of the Spirit. Our goal is to teach students how to apply these lessons to their daily lives and follow the Godly examples given to us from the Bible. Incorporated in the study will be sections of the Why Know/ Project Alert curriculum.

6th Grade Math
Math 6
This course reinforces the basic mathematical operations of whole numbers, decimals, fractions, mixed numbers and percents. Other topics will include integer operations, solving linear equations and inequalities, data, statistics and probability. Geometric concepts will include area, perimeter, basic angles, triangles and polygons. These concepts are taught to develop algebraic thinking and problem solving skills.

6th Grade Math Lab
Math Lab 6

This course is designed to assist those who need additional help in math. The course is intended to enhance the skills most needed and to help each student be more successful in the mathematics program. Students will focus on basic mathematical skills as well as the current course curriculum for Math 6. Students will be reevaluated each 9 weeks for placement in math lab. A signed contract is required for placement in this course as well as teacher recommendation.
